CMW considers a General Comment on Migrant Domestic Workers

At its 13th session, the Committee adopted its first General Comment No.1 on Migrant Domestic Workers; further three public meetings allocated to its discussion, with the participation of representatives from ILO. This was the result of a long process, including a Day of General Discussion on migrant domestic workers, held on October 2009. Please find the text below.
