Cuestionarios modelo para los procedimientos de comunicaciones/quejas

Estos criterios de admisión o cuestionarios modelo fueron en un principio elaborados por los órganos que tratan con las comunicaciones/quejas para facilitar su trabajo a la hora de examinar las denuncias de violaciones de derechos humanos que recibían. Dada su utilidad para las presuntas víctimas de violaciones de derechos humanos se decidió hacerlos públicos. Debe sin embargo señalarse que las comunicaciones/quejas son examinadas aunque no sean presentadas en forma de cuestionario.
CUALESQUIERA QUE SEA EL FORMATO ELEGIDO, EL ORGANO AL QUE DEBE SER ENVIADO EL /LOS CASO(S) DEBE APARECER AL PRINCIPIO DE LA COMUNICACION
La siguiente tabla presenta los criterios y cuestionarios modelo existentes para los procedimientos de comunicaciones/quejas, así como los nombres de los órganos relevantes y sus direcciones. Antes de rellenar y enviar un cuestionario (comunicación), examina atentamente el procedimiento completo del mecanismo correspondiente:
