Questionnaires types pour les procédures de communications et plaintes

Les critères d'admission des communications ou questionnaires types ont été élaborés par les organes créées en vertu des instruments internationaux en vue de faciliter l'examen des communications et plaintes reçues. C'est ainsi que ces questionnaires sont devenues publiques. Il faut souligner toutefois que les communications et plaintes peuvent même être reçues sans qu'ils soient soumis sous la forme des questionnaires types. Quelque soit le format adopté, l'adresse précise de l'organe qui examine le cas de violations des droits de l'homme doit apparaître au tout début de la communication. Les questionnaires types qui sont disponibles sont présentés dans le tableau ci-dessous avec le nom et l'adresse des organes créées en vertu des instruments internationaux. Avant de remplir et d'envoyer le questionnaire, veillez à lire attentivement les procédures relatives à chaque organes de surveillance de l'application des traités :
