Special Rapporteur on violence against women, its causes and consequences

Annual Reports

The Special Rapporteur is requested to submit a report on the activities undertaken and themes analyzed under the mandate to a regular session of the UN Human Rights Council on an annual basis. Prior to 2007, the Special Rapporteur submitted a report to the annual session of the Commission on Human Rights. Reports on country visits are presented to the same session of the Human Rights Council as addenda to the main annual reports.
