Social Forum - Background Report of the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights

In its resolution 6/13 of 28 September 2007, the Human Rights Council requested the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights to present a report as a background contribution for the dialogues and debates to be held at the 2008 Social Forum.
