Information note for NGO participants

NGOs wishing to accredit representative to the seminar are invited to submit their written request by 15 January 2009. Accreditation requests should be faxed to +41 (0)22 928 9010.

Kindly note that the letter requesting accreditation should be submitted on the official letterhead of the organization; be signed by the President and/or the Main Representative of the organization in Geneva;indicate the name/s (first name and family name) of the person/s who will represent the organization (names of the persons must appear exactly as they appear in the ID document).

On the day of the seminar, NGO representatives should proceed to the Security boot at the entrance of Palais Wilson and present a valid identity document (e.g. national passport or a photo ID), along with a copy of the accreditation request submitted by the NGO.
