Special Rapporteur on the adverse effects of the illicit movement and dumping of toxic and dangerous products and wastes on the enjoyment of human rights

Annual Reports

According to the mandate the Special Rapporteur is requested to undertake a global, multidisciplinary and comprehensive study of existing problems and solutions to illicit traffic in, transfer to and dumping of toxic and dangerous products and wastes in African and other developing countries, with a view to making recommendations and proposals on adequate measures to control, reduce and eradicate these phenomena. The findings, relevant recommendations and proposals and information received from governments are presented in the annual report and its addenda to the Human Rights Council. ¨
