First session of the Human Rights Council Advisory Committee: Room reservation for parallel events

Participants in the first session of the Human Rights Council Advisory Committee who wish to reserve a room for meetings and parallel events to be held on the margins of the session should fill in the relevant room request form and submit it by fax to the Human Rights Council Secretariat.

Delegations wishing to book rooms for Intergovernmental Consultations should use the "Intergovernmental Room Booking Request Form".

Special procedures mandate-holders, specialized agencies, NGOs and NHRIs should use the "General Room Booking Request Form".

Prior to the commencement of the session, the request forms may be faxed (please do not send requests by email) to the Secretariat of the Human Rights Council at the following numbers:

From 04 August 2008 until the end of the session, requests will have to be faxed to a different number, details of which will be posted on this webpage when available.
