Resumed 6th session of the Human Rights Council: Room reservation for parallel events

Participants in the sixth session of the Human Rights Council wishing to reserve a room for meetings and parallel events to be held in the margins of the sessions should fill in the relevant room request form and submit it by fax to the Human Rights Council Secretariat.

Prior to the commencement of the sessions, requests may be faxed to:

Please be advised that Delegations wishing to book rooms for Intergovernmental Consultations should use this "Intergovernmental Room Booking Request Form ".

Special Procedure mandate-holders, Specialized Agencies, NGOs and NHRIs should use this " General Room Booking Request Form ".

With regard to parallel events organized by NGOs, please be advised that NGOs wishing to co-sponsor an NGO parallel event should fill in this “NGO Co-sponsorship of Parallel Events Form” and fax at least 24 hours prior to the event to the attention of Ms. Françoise Kenfack (+41 22 917 03 39).
