3rd session of the Human Rights Council - Speakers list

It is anticipated that modalities for oral interventions at the resumed second and third sessions of the Human Rights Council will be announced by the President of the Human Rights Council shortly.

With regard to the registration of speakers, representatives of NGOs and other observers should register in person with the list of speakers desk, preferably in advance.

The relevant registration forms for individual and joint statements may be downloaded below but should be brought in person to the List of Speakers’ desk (faxes will not be accepted).

Only NGOs not represented or based in Switzerland wishing to join an NGO joint statement being delivered during the resumed second and third sessions may inform the Secretariat in advance of the debate by fax: +41 22 917 0296

Also, please note that only NGOs not represented or based in Switzerland may inform the Secretariat in advance of their intention to inscribe on the list of speakers by fax (see fax sample below), but should confirm and register in person at the list of speakers desk upon arrival in Geneva.
