3rd session of the Human Rights Council - Room reservation for parallel events

Participants in the resumed second and third sessions of the Human Rights Council wishing to reserve a room for meetings and parallel events to be held in the margins of the sessions should fill in the relevant room request form and submit it by fax to the Human Rights Council Secretariat.

Prior to the commencement of the sessions, requests may be faxed to: +41 22 917 90 11 to the attention of Ms. Françoise Kenfack (tel. +41 22 917 96 41).

As of Monday, November 27:

•  Room booking requests should be faxed to the attention of Ms. Françoise Kenfack at fax no. +41 22 917 02 96;

•  The completed form may also be directly submitted to the room booking team in Palais des Nations, room A.640 (6th floor, above the Assembly Hall);

•  Ms. Kenfack may also be reached at phone number: +41 22 917 67 83.

Please be advised that Delegations wishing to book rooms for Intergovernmental Consultations should use this "Intergovernmental Room Booking Request Form".

Special Procedure mandate-holders, Specialized Agencies, NGOs and NHRIs should use this "General Room Booking Request Form".
