2nd session (first part and resumed) of the Human Rights Council - Room reservation for parallel events

Participants in the second session of the Human Rights Council wishing to reserve a room for meetings and parallel events to be held in the margins of the session should fill in the relevant room request form and submit it by fax to the Human Rights Council Secretariat.

Requests will be received as of 1 September. Until 15 September, faxes should be sent to the attention of Ms. Luciana Castanon to fax no. + 41 22 917 9011. The contact details of the person in charge of room booking during the session will be communicated in due course.

Please be advised that Delegations wishing to book rooms for Intergovernmental consultations should use this room request form.

Special Procedure mandate-holders, Specialized Agencies, NGOs and NHRIs should use this "general room booking request form".
