Special Procedure mandate-holders, Specialized Agencies, NGOs and NHRIs should use this "General Room Booking Request Form".

With regard to parallel events organized by NGOs, please be advised that NGOs wishing to co-sponsor an NGO parallel event should fill in this “NGO Co-sponsorship of Parallel Events Form” and fax at least 24 hours prior to the event to the attention of Ms. Françoise Kenfack.
