- The 2010 report on detention of third country nationals in return procedures (http://fra.europa.eu/fraWebsite/research/publications/publications_per_year/2010/pub_detention_en.htm - in English, French and German): it presents a comparison of policies in the 27 EU Member States concerning issues such as grounds for detention, maximum length of immigration detention, due process safeguards, alternatives to detention, detention of children. Some of these chapters are illustrated with comparative maps or graphs giving a snapshot of what each country is doing with regard to a specific question
