Fourteenth Meeting of States Parties to the Convention on the Rights of the Child
The fourteenth meeting of States parties to the Convention on the Rights of the Child was held on 18 December 2012 at the United Nations Headquarters in New York, at 10:00 a.m. The purpose of the meeting was to elect nine members of the Committee on the Rights of the Child (CRC) to replace those whose terms are due to expire on 28 February 2013.
The nine members elected are the following. New members will take their oath at the CRC 63rd session to be held from 27 May to 14 June 2013 in Geneva:
