Optional Protocol to the Convention on the Rights of the Child on a communications procedure (OPIC) - Signing ceremony

Iveta Radicova, Prime Minister of the Slovak Republic signs the Optional Protocol to the Convention on the Rights of the Child on a communications procedure during the 19th Human Rights Council Photo by Violaine Martin The Optional Protocol to the Convention on the Rights of the Child on a communications procedure (OPIC) was opened for signature on 28 February 2012 in Geneva. 20 States signed the Optional Protocol.
