The third meeting of States parties to the International Convention on the Protection of All Migrant Workers and Members of their Families (ICRMW) was held on 6 December 2007 at the United Nations Headquarters. The purpose of the meeting was to elect five members of the Committee on the Protection of All Migrant Workers and Members of their Families (CMW) to replace those whose terms of office will expire on 31 December 2007.

The Permanent Representative of Bosnia Herzegovina was elected as Chairperson of this Meeting and the Permanent Representatives of Lesotho, Turkey (DPR) and Argentina as Vice-chairpersons. ICRMW has currently 37 States parties, 36 of which were present and voted.

The five members elected to the Committee as of 1 January 2008 are:
