Pre-Sessional Working Group, 22-26 November 2010

All participants in Committee sessions will require accreditation to the session to have access to the conference venue, except individuals who are already in possession of UN badges. To obtain accreditation, please fill out the accreditation form (available in pdf and Word), sign and send it by fax to 0041-22-917 9008, or by e-mail to rouko@ohchr.org. In order to ensure the accreditation of participants, all requests for accreditation should reach OHCHR by Tuesday 16th November 2010 at the latest (Since Wednesday the 17th is an Official Holiday). Accreditation will enable participants to obtain a badge from the UN Security Unit. However, a meeting is reserved on the afternoon of the first day of the pre-session for exchanges with partners, including UN agencies and NGOs, in relation to the States parties to be reviewed by the working group. Accreditation procedures apply to those who wish to participate in that meeting.

Submissions will be treated as public documents unless specifically marked "Confidential". They should be sent electronically to the Committee secretariat at cescr@ohchr.org, as well as in 10 hard copies by 18 October 2010 , to:
