To obtain accreditation, please fill out the accreditation form (in pdf or Word), sign and send it to Ms. Adele Quist, Administrative Assistant (phone: 0041-22-917 92 38, fax: 0041-22-917 9008, e-mail: aquist@ohchr.org). In order to ensure the accreditation of participants, all requests for accreditation should reach Ms. Quist by Thursday, 2 November 2006, at the latest. Accreditation will enable participants to obtain a badge from the UN Security Unit, which will permit access to the conference room. The conference will take place at Palais Wilson (ground floor conference room), 52 rue de Paquis, 1201 Geneva, Switzerland.
